“Make Your Mark”
* Entries accepted March 15th - 18th
* Awards Reception is Fri., March 24th 6:30 pm
* Prize money = $150, $75 and $50
* Display dates March 25th – April 22nd
This is a drawing competition limited to graphite, ink or charcoal, no pastels or chalk (no color medium, although paper can be a color). Entry fee is $5 for members, $10 for non-members.
“Mystery Box”
* Entries accepted May 17th – 20th
* Awards Reception is Friday, May 26th 6:30 pm
* Prize money = $150, $75 and $50
* Display dates May 27th – June 24th
Mystery boxes will be for sale several weeks prior to the due date; they are $5 each. The box contents is the inspiration for the entry. There is no limit to number of entries, no restrictions on medium or size.
“Go BIG!”
* Entries accepted August 16th – 19th
* Reception is Friday, August 25th, 6:30 pm
* Prize money = $150, $75 and $50
* Display dates August 26th – Sept. 9th
Entries are limited to 2. The minimum size is 864 sq in; maximum size is 2880 sq in. Entry fee is $10 per entry; no restrictions on subject matter or medium (except no nudes)
“The Power of Small”
* Entries accepted Oct. 18th – 21st
* Awards Reception is Friday, Oct. 27th 6:30 pm
* Prize money = $150, $75 and $50
* Display dates Oct 28th – Nov. 25th
* Entries are limited to 80 square inches measured inside the frame. Entry fee is $5 for members, $10 for non-members.
